The reading style
Most dream tools tell you what your dream means. mooncatchr doesn't. Every reading is hedged: often, tends to, has been associated with, across several traditions. The point isn't a verdict — it's a starting place. We draw on three lenses: the archetypal (Jungian and older symbolic traditions), the cognitive (what dreams seem to do for memory and processing), and the cross-cultural (how the same imagery reads differently in different traditions). For the follow-up conversation, we use a second reading approach that catches different things than the first — the conversation tends to feel more thoughtful as a result.

mooncatchr is not therapy. It is not medical or psychological advice. It does not diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any condition. If something in a dream — or in waking life — feels heavy or unsafe, please speak with a licensed professional. We're built for curiosity and self-reflection.
Who's behind it
mooncatchr is a service of Centally, LLC, a small company building careful, single-purpose consumer tools. We don't sell data. We don't share dream content with advertisers.
